RV and Tent Sites

• Credit card is required to guarantee an individual reservation. 
• Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Additional charges for late check-out may occur
• Rates based on 1-2 persons
• Additional person charge $5 per person per night
• Children over the age of 5 will be charged
• Maximum 2 pets per site
• Visa, MasterCard or Cash accepted

Cancellation of Individual RV and Tent Site Reservations
Any cancellation will incur a $20 handling fee.  If cancellation is not received at least 72 hours prior to 1:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival, charges equaling one night stay plus the handling fee will be assessed.

           
Deluxe Cabin, Cottage, Yurt, Rustic Cabin, or Loft Cabins

• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Additional charges for late check-out may occur
• Rates based on 1-2 persons
• Additional person charge $5 per person per night
• Children over the age of 5 will be charged
• Visa, MasterCard or Cash accepted
• All lodging accommodations are non-smoking
• Cottages, Loft Cabins, and some Yurts are non pet friendly

Cancellation of Deluxe Cabin, Cottage, Yurt, Rustic Cabin, or Loft Cabins
Any cancellation will incur a $50 handling fee.  If cancellation is not received at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to scheduled day of arrival, charges equaling one night stay plus the handling fee will be assessed. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to date of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire charges for your accommodations. Cottages, Loft Cabins and some Yurts are non-pet friendly. We do accept pets in our Deluxe Cabins with an additional $5 per night charge per pet. Credit card will be held at time of check-in for any possible damage.

Groups and Monthlies
Deposits are required for Groups and Monthly Reservations.  Contact the campground for specific deposit and cancellation policies.

Pets
Pets are welcome here at Arrowhead Point.  They must be kept on a leash at all times.  Pets may not be left unattended at anytime.  We ask that you use the designated dog walk areas and pick up your pet deposits every time! 

Visitors
All visitors must check-in at the registration desk and pick up a visitor’s pass.   Additional charges apply for visitors.  All visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. to avoid additional charges.

Early Departure (all reservations and accommodations)
Arrowhead Point reserves the right to instill an early departure penalty.  Early departures will be refunded any charges 72 hours past the early departure date.

No Shows
No Shows are charged one night stay plus handling fee of $20.
