Since each property reflects the tastes and standards of the homeowner, it is highly recommended that prospective tenants inspect the property prior to signing the lease. Tenants agree to accept the rental property as is and will not be entitled to a return of rental monies or have any recourse against the rental agent or Landlord if the property or neighborhood does not meet your expectations.
Cleanliness issues and pre-existing damage must be reported within 24 hours of check-in. It is expected that tenant will leave the premises in a clean condition at check-out and remove all trash and personal belongings or be subject to additional cleaning charges per the lease.
Reservations made prior to May 1 require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking a reservation. After May 1, full payment is required within 7 days of booking a reservation. If you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us by phone and in writing. Deposits shall be refunded only if premises are re-rented by CCOR for the reservation period at no loss to the Owner or Agent and cancellation is subject to a 20% cancellation fee payable to the Agent.
Tenant shall supply their own linens and towels unless otherwise specified.
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is prior to 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to additional charges per the lease.
